These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Velvet Nights website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. About us
Velvet Nights operates the website velvetnights.eu and the adult section toys.velvetnights.eu. We sell premium lingerie, intimates, and related products to adult customers within the European Union.
2. Eligibility & age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our adult section. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify age where required by law.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to display product information, images, and prices accurately, but minor variations may occur.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
- Product images are for illustration; actual products may differ slightly.
4. Orders & contract formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud).
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Breeze). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card statement will show a discreet billing descriptor. We do not store your card details.
6. Delivery & shipping
- We deliver to EU countries. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods.
- We use discreet packaging. The outer packaging does not reveal the contents.
- If delivery is delayed, we will notify you. You may cancel the order if we cannot deliver within a reasonable time.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See our Returns & Withdrawal Policy for full details, including the hygiene-seal exception for certain products.
8. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description, you have statutory rights under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and national law. These rights are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not affected by opening or using the product. Contact us for a repair, replacement, or refund.
9. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
10. Product safety & use
Our products comply with applicable EU safety regulations, including the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 and REACH. Follow all instructions and safety warnings provided with the product. Products are for personal use by adults.
11. Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our written permission.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the EU member state in which we are established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. As a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Disputes may be brought before the courts of your country of residence or ours.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
